Both my husband - Mr PL and son LOVE bread pudding, so I thought for a change I'd share a bake with you. Now I go to the supermarket and buy a cheap loaf just for the purpose of making a bread pudding for them. It does of course use up old stale bread, but I never seem to have enough of that around!

Your bread pudding so reminded me of my mum who made it in industrial quantities... she did not use her everyday mixing bowl instead she had a specially reserved washing up bowl to mix it in! My father and brothers would woof it down... I wonder if they are related to your family LOL!

Oh my, I'm going to have to convert the measures to US and get some wheat free bread, but this sounds AWESOME! Thank you! :) My husband loves bread pudding (I may even make him some with regular bread. :) )
